Ali AKKURT

Ali AKKURT graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2011. Subsequently, she started her Master’s education with thesis at Istanbul University Faculty of Law and completed her master’s education in 2015 with her thesis named “The Scope and Limits of Freedom of the Press”. Later, he started his doctorate education in the field of Criminal Law at Akdeniz University Faculty of Law and still continues.
Ali AKKURT has two books titled “The Scope and Limits of Freedom of the Press” and “Appeal Decisions in Benefit of Law by the Council of State (1984-2014)” published by Adalet Publishing House.
He carries out legal activities in many fields of law, such as Criminal Law, which is his area of expertise, as well as Administrative Law, Compensation Law, Labor Law, Family and Divorce Law, Real Estate Law, Inheritance Law, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law and Civil Law.
He is an active lawyer and provides support at BAL Law Firm as a consultant lawyer.
